Graines de footballeuses organizes a free educational and sporting stay, with the aim of creating a positive, inspiring and inclusive learning environment for a group of 20 young girls aged 10 to 14, from priority urban neighborhoods.

Solution
The association would like to offer a free stay to 20 young girls in July 2024. This is an innovative summer camp that aims to boost self-confidence, open up the field of possibilities and encourage empowerment for young girls, using soccer as a powerful catalyst for personal development.
On the program:
1 - Football sessions : Participants will have the chance to have daily soccer sessions led by qualified supervisors, who will make it a point of honor to provide a healthy and caring framework for practice.
2 - Self-confidence workshops: A variety of workshops will be organized to encourage speaking to give all the girls at the camp, the tools to build a clear and intelligible speech.
3 - Exchanges with professionals and support classes: Participants will meet and exchange with professionals from various fields to draw inspiration from their backgrounds and broaden their vision of the world, while promoting social and cultural inclusion. They will also receive support classes in French and science.
4 - Sports outings: Group activities will strengthen bonds between participants,
and also enable girls to discover new sports and activities, such as hiking, accrobranche or canoeing.
5 - Exploring a new territory: Educational workshops to explore the host region, fostering exchanges with local actors.

Two activities financed for our social-sports trip!
Thanks to our generous captains, we've been able to book two activities as part of the socio-sports holiday we're offering to 25 young beneficiaries of the association!
They'll have the chance to go horse-riding for a whole afternoon and accrobranche for a whole day!
We're still looking for support to be able to organize other activities throughout the 11-day stay in Auvergne!

At the start of 2024, we were able to finance 1 additional license and we were able to organize a "Les terrains des possibles" internship with over twenty participants!
The "Les terrains des possibles" internships enable young girls aged 9 to 18, to play soccer, discover a profession related to sport, discover the corporate world and be made aware of a great cause (isolation of the elderly, disability, ecology...).

Recent result
Every school vacation period, Graines de footballeuses organizes soccer training courses
that combine sports practice with extra-sports workshops (job discovery,
cultural outings). These courses are 100% free of charge and are open primarily to young
girls from priority neighborhoods. The public mainly comes from 93 (Bobigny, Montfermeil, Saint-Denis, Saint Ouen), 92 (Gennevilliers, Clichy, Montrouge, Vanves...), 95 (Pontoise, Argenteuil, Cergy...) and Paris.
The transformations during these courses are remarkable and the moments shared with
the young people are rich in emotion. We'd like to take our approach a step further and offer a week-long vacation stay as a continuation of our year-round support.
